Tom Mateya, River Hill
 Tom Mateya is the Regional Director for the Southern Maryland Office of Toll Brothers, Inc., a national community developer and home builder. Tom is a licensed Landscape Architect in several states with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds Certifications in Erosion and Sediment Control for Maryland and Responsible Land Development in Virginia. Tom worked for more than twenty three years in both the public sector at the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission as a an urban planner and as a private sector consultant prior to joining Toll Brothers. Currently with Toll for six years, his responsibilities include managing land planning, engineering, approvals, rezoning, and land development for large planned unit developments as well as land acquisition. Tom is also responsible for training, inspections and enforcement of NPDES for Toll Brothers.
